Culture Village

Culture Village is a residential district located along the Dubai Creek banks in Al Jaddaf, in western Dubai. Al Jaddaf borders the canal and Al Ain Road on the south, as well as the residential area of Za’abeel. Sheikh Rashid Road runs to the northwest of Culture Village and leads to Dubai Healthcare City, which is a free economic zone full of different medical organizations. Culture Village is nestled in the northern part of Al Jaddaf and covers ​​more than 3.7 sq. km. The Dubai Properties project started in 2006 with the construction of the D1 Tower and the 5-star Italian Palazzo Versace Dubai hotel. Culture Village buildings are no more than 20 stories high (mostly lower) except the 80-storey tower of D1. The construction of most of the premium residential buildings, exhibition and shopping centers in Culture Village are still in progress, however there are recreation and entertainment facilities, green areas and a dam within the area.
